This Privacy Policy explains how Frostbite Blasting (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit frostbiteblaster.com (the “site”) or contact us through it. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the Request a Quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, phone number, email, facility location, industry, project description and timeline, plus any photos you attach. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical information is collected, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and your approximate location. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when a quote request is sent. It uses cookies and does not give us your name or contact details. See how Google uses this data.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, including clicks, scrolling and session replays, so we can improve it. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. Microsoft’s handling of this data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

We do not use advertising pixels (such as a Meta/Facebook pixel) on this site.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business:

Resend, which delivers quote form submissions to our email
Our business email provider, where those messages are stored
Vercel, which hosts the site
Google, for analytics and fonts
Microsoft, for Clarity site analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

5. Your choices

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
You can choose not to use the quote form and call or email us instead.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, California and some other states), you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

7. Data retention

We keep quote requests and related messages for as long as needed to respond, provide our services and keep normal business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

8. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the site. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The site links to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
